We hope that you love all of your purchases from Pure Nola, but we do understand that some things might not work out and need to be returned. Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once your item is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit that never expires.
Steps to return an item:
- Place items in a box or mailer with the packing slip
- Bring to your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx

In order to receive store credit:
- Items must be in perfect condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Must be scent free, unworn, and unwashed
- Items purchased with any discount code CANNOT be returned and are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE.

All shoes, bodysuits, intimates, athletic wear, leggings, accessories, jewelry and SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. If any of these items are returned to us, the customer will be charged a shipping fee to return the item back to them.
If an item is not accepted for return for any reason, the customer will have 2-3 days after being notified to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. If the shipment fee is not paid, the items will be donated to charity.
Damaged items need to be to be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please send photos of your damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
